CLEANTECH
MOLECULAR RECYCLING
of PET Plastics and Polyester
TECHNOLOGY
RECIVONE is a cleantech company bringing to market a patented molecular recycling technology that transforms PET and PES waste into virgin-quality monomers – TPA and MEG – used in the production of new PET plastics and polyester, while also generating speciality fertilisers as a valuable by-product.
The process, protected by patents in Europe and the United States and technically validated, delivers virgin-quality materials, strong unit economics, and enables true circularity across post-consumer and post-industrial fossil-based plastics, bioplastics, synthetic textiles, and modern agriculture systems.
Patented molecular recycling
Our technology transforms PET and PES waste into high-quality raw materials, supporting sustainable development and the circular economy.
Premium-quality products
We produce core raw materials for new PET plastics and polyester, both of virgin quality, along with a valuable fertiliser that supports full circularity.

Circular economy in action
Our solution links plastic and textile recycling with modern agriculture — delivering a truly closed and sustainable circular material resource cycle.
OUR PRODUCTS MADE THROUGH ALKALINE HYDROLYSIS
TEREPHTHALIC ACID – TPA
High-purity terephthalic acid — the primary monomer for new PET and polyester — matching virgin-grade quality.
MONOETHYLENE GLYCOL – MEG
High-purity monoethylene glycol — an essential monomer that, together with TPA, forms new virgin-quality PET and polyester.
NITROGEN FERTILISER
Valuable nitrogen fertiliser NaNO₃ or KNO₃ or NH₄NO₃ supporting agricultural circularity.

CORE ADVANTAGES
VIRGIN-QUALITY OUTPUTS
Monomers identical to new materials.
FULL CIRCULARITY
Waste becomes new raw input.
ZERO WASTE
All materials reused.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Lower heat and resource use.

Read more: RECIVONE – a clean technology of the zero-waste futureThe European Union has entered a new era of recycling. According to the latest Eurostat data, in 2023 the EU generated 79.7 million tonnes of packaging waste, equivalent to 177.8 kg per inhabitant. Although this represents a slight decrease compared to 2022, the total volume of packaging waste remains significantly above the level the EU considers…
